Shipping & Returns
Our office is open Monday - Friday.
Orders placed before 1pm on a working day will be sent out the same day. All orders placed after 1pm will be shipped out the next working day. We can only ship to the United Kingdom currently.
We deliver all of our products with couriers or Royal Mail who will require a signature on delivery to ensure you receive your new lashes quickly and safely.
Standard Delivery 2-3 days: £3.95
1st Class tracked (normally next day): £6.50
Lost items: Please contact us if you don’t receive your item within 10 working days. Unfortunately Royal Mail can do nothing to help us before this time.
If you receive a faulty or wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of purchase, to be eligible for an exchange or refund. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We don't refund our lash extension/strip lash products due to hygiene reasons, unless faulty or a wrong item was sent.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your authorised refund yet please contact your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 38 Manse Brae, Glasgow , G445UG, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
