Here is some information for your appointment :
Reminder that we have moved & our new address is :

Parking available on the streets surrounding the salon.
We will continue to put in place safety measures the same as before to keep yourself and our team safe.
Please arrive to your appointment alone and at the allocated time , this is to minimise the number of people in the salon at once. This is really important as we still have to follow the social distancing rules as much as we possibly can.
Please bring a new mask to wear, Masks should clip around ears rather than round your full head.
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to provide any treatments to those exempt from wearing masks as all clients entering the salon must wear a mask.
Our team members will have full PPE
It is preferable if you can to pay via card or contactless instead of cash at this time but we are still accepting cash.
On entering the salon there will be a cleaning station to sanitise your hands.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you are feeling unwell in any way as we won’t be able to provide your treatment if you have any symptoms.
We understand that sometimes things change and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We ask for 24 hours notice period for all appointment cancellations and 48 hours for all bookings 1 hour and over, new sets of lash extensions, colour appointments & hair & make up bookings, Without this notice 50% of your treatment price will be payable to re-book future appointments and/or booking fee/deposit will be non – refundable. If your visiting us for the first time for a colour or large appointment 1.5 hours or over , or for new set lashes bookings there is a £20 deposit to secure your booking.
In case of no-show – full treatment price will be charged to re-book future appointments.
If we can fill the cancelled space there is no cancellation fee.
We have these policies in place to be able to offer the best service to all our booked clients and clients on waiting / cancellation lists at busy times . By booking an appointment with Polished you agree to these policies.
We won’t be able to provide magazines at this time you are welcome to bring your own.
Text Reminder : we will send you a text or email reminder for your appointment .
For hair colour or multiple treatment appointments you will receive multiple txt reminder messages ie. one for colour and one for Blowdry / Cut & Blowdry. One for nails and one for brows ... Please note your appointment is the first earlier time on the text messages :) if you receive a text reminder please scroll up to check the earliest time and double check the date your booked in :) .
Patch Tests : If you haven’t received a treatment with us previously or for over 6 months for hair colour please contact us for more information on how to book a patch test before your appointment.
